1. Delivery to your place
The ordered products will be delivered to the address you provided when filling in your details to a courier company.
Delivery is considered made as soon as you have signed for the receipt of the products at the agreed address.
Please note that the risk for the products is transferred to you from the moment of delivery/receipt. Therefore, upon the delivery of the products, you must immediately check the products received (in terms of conformity, integrity, condition, packaging, etc.). If you notice that the products are visibly damaged, e.g., due to transport, poor packaging, etc., you must contact the company immediately by sending an email to info@karyonfarm.gr..A representative of our company will contact you at the telephone number you provided in your order form.
In any case, you reserve the rights to which you are entitled under the applicable legislation. The company shall not be liable for delays and/or cancellations of deliveries due to force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, strikes, supplier difficulties, transport problems, production problems, government or legal measures, natural disasters, etc.)
